I begin by checking the chakras (energy centers) and helping to release any stuck or sluggish energy. This allows the body to feel more balanced, grounded, and open to healing.
This part comes along for the ride. I first noticed it during remote sessions with both people and animals—sometimes messages will come through, sometimes I’m shown a happy memory or moment in time. I never know what to expect, but it's always meaningful and gentle.
This is my favorite part. I sit with you or your pet (virtually), holding a space filled with love and support. It’s like wrapping you in a supportive, healing bubble, allowing whatever needs to be released to gently let go. Our bodies and hearts carry experiences that sometimes need help being released in order to truly heal—and I offer that space with love and without judgment.
